Restaurateur Aldo Lamberti spent much of his life developing his hospitality skills and creating delicious Italian dishes, culminating in the creation of an exceptional restaurant. Caffe Aldo Lamberti remains one of South Jersey’s most beloved restaurants because it has set and maintained high standards for what an Italian dining experience should be.

Every aspect of the dining experience is treated with great care at Caffe Aldo Lamberti. The spacious dining rooms are constructed in a California Art Deco style, which creates a comfortable yet inviting atmosphere. The dishes use only high-quality, fresh ingredients for mouth-watering Italian cuisine, including the house specialty: whole fresh fish. To complete the experience, every meal can be paired with an exquisite wine from our cellars, which house over 15,000 bottles, served by our attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Aldo’s Raw Bar and Outdoor Dining

Inspired by Aldo’s European travels, Caffe Aldo Lamberti selects fresh seafood delicacies such as seasonal Florida stone crabs, Alaskan king crabs and East & West Coast oysters to build an indulgent raw seafood bar. Guests can also create their own customized raw seafood bar and savor the fresh tastes of the sea.

During warmer weather, Caffe Aldo Lamberti offers multiple al fresco dining areas on both our patio and deck. Whether for lunch, dinner, a quick bite or special event, our outdoor spaces are perfect.

Wine Program

In addition to our extensive menu, we focus on providing a broad range of high-quality wines of different varietals, styles, producers, appellations and vintages for our guests. Our wine list seeks to maintain a price-to-quality relationship that delivers value to our guests and is unique to our market place. We update our list regularly to reflect vintage changes and continuously add new wines. Over the course of the last three decades, we have built one of the most notable wine collections in Southern New Jersey. The wine program is led by Sommelier Chris Wanamaker and General Manager George Katsikis.

Our restaurant contains a collection of over 900 selections; with more than 12,000 bottles in inventory. The majority of our wines are stored in temperature-controlled wine cellars, as well as a glass-enclosed wine room on the restaurant’s main level. Our three wine cellars are also available for private dining; with one housing personalized lockers for select guests to store wines from their private collections. Each year we are honored to host exclusive wine dinners in partnership with various wine-makers and vineyards.

Caffe Aldo Lamberti is the proud recipient of the prestigious Best of Award of Excellence from 2008 to 2024, and previously, the award of excellence from 2003 to 2007, from the Wine Spectator.
